137,000,000 stories today of a dream. Remember Susan Boyle who made world news in early 2009 with a shocking performance on "Britian's Got Talent? Perhaps you have forgotten or maybe you missed it.
Over the weekend You Tube announced Susan Boyle's I Dreamed a Dream video of her audition was the most popular video of 2009. The short version (below) and the long version of this video combined have been played over 137,000,000 times. I placed it here so we can add a few more.
Additionally, her first album was released in the US earlier this month and the first release was over 700,000 copies.
Susan is 47 year old young to me, but pretty old . . . laughingly old to be appearing on an "Idol" competition show. Susan came from a village. She sports an oddness that is sometimes even crude..but she smiles. crude with a smile
She is having the time of her life and doesn't want to see it end. While things are good for Susan at this moment it is hard for her to really believe it won't soon end and she doesn't want it to end. She lives in a village and has has accepted her new found celebrity with total humility and .a great sense of humor.
I find Susan very inspiring.
